Not happy with a a simple oil change and trying to get me to agree to adding other things, which I declined. Did not come to pay a $490 bill with potential add ons

I took my Buick to Tyler for a recall fix even though it's a Chevy dealership as I've always had a good experience with their service department. This was no exception. The job was done quickly, the work done was explained completely and everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient. And I appreciated that they didn't try to up-sell me or find mystery issues with the vehicle.
